A. Salient Features of the Revised Mechanism
- MY Bharat shall function as the Central Nodal Agency (CNA) for MYB-NSS and manage fund allocation through PFMS.
- Funds will be released by the Ministry through PFMS directly to the TSA maintained by MY Bharat in RBI.
- Funds will be transferred directly to the Principal/Head of Office of the implementing institutions.
- All payments to vendors, service providers and volunteers must be made through PFMS e-payment systems.
- Activity creation, approval, monitoring and reporting will be handled on the MIS platform.
